Granada Property

The city of Granada is located at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Its unique history has given it an artistic grandeur embracing Moorish Palaces and Christian Renaissance treasures. Almost unrivalled for beauty and architectural splendour, the entire city has been declared a national monument. Granada is one of Andalusia’s most vibrant cities, it is a relatively wealthy and is still very Spanish. As a result property in the city can be very expensive.

Luxary city center apartments are sought after and fetch hundreds of thousands of Euros however you can buy small apartments near some of the cities finest squares for as little as €190,000.  There are also some very good value town houses in the oldest part of city from which you can often see the Alhambra Palace which cost around €160,000.
